Terms and Conditions for Event Hire Props**

 

1. **Booking and Payment:**

   - To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

   - Full payment is due 8 weeks before the event

   - Payment can be made via bank transfer, 

2. **Cancellation Policy:**

   - Cancellations made 8 weeks or more before the event will receive a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

   - Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. **Damages and Loss:**

   - The client is responsible for any damages or loss of hired props during the event.

   - The client will be charged the full replacement cost for any damaged or lost items.

 

4. **Delivery and Collection:**

   - Delivery and collection fees are applicable and will be discussed at the time of booking.

   - Props must be ready for collection at the agreed-upon time and location.

 

5. **Use of Props:**

   - Props are for decorative purposes only and should not be used for any other activities.

   - Any misuse of props may result in additional charges.

 

6. **Alterations and Modifications:**

   - Clients are not permitted to alter or modify hired props without prior written consent.

   - Any approved alterations must be conducted by authorised personnel only.

 

7. **Care and Handling:**

   - Clients are responsible for the proper care and handling of hired props.

   - Props should be kept away from direct sunlight, water, and any hazardous materials.

 

8. **Health and Safety:**

   - Clients must ensure that the use of hired props complies with all health and safety regulations.

   - The company holds no liability for any injuries or accidents related to the use of hired props.

 

9. **Force Majeure:**

   - The company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control.

 

10. **Insurance:**

    - It is recommended that clients have appropriate event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

 

11. **Jurisdiction:**

    - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of jurisdiction, and any disputes will be subject to its jurisdiction.
